What Sala Víbora Is Like: Gigs and Club Nights in the Old Boogaclub

Sala Víbora is a small concert and club venue at Calle Santa Bárbara 3, in the centre of Granada, Spain, in the same premises that housed Boogaclub until 2023. On TikTok it describes itself as concerts and a music club in the centre of Granada, and its 2026 calendar mixes alternative rock, hip-hop and jazz tributes, with tickets from about €5 to €26.

A room with many names

When it opened, Víbora introduced itself as the old Booga, before that Go, before that YA and before that Kroquis. That list says a lot: this address has been a live music room in Granada for a long time, changing name and owners along the way. The Junta de Andalucía's cultural agenda still lists the space as Sala BoogaClub at Calle Santa Bárbara 3, and directories that have not caught up still use that name.

What Boogaclub was

Boogaclub was the name most people remember. In 2021 the travel guide Cityzeum described it as a club near the university whose programme moved between jazz, rock, hip hop, funk and reggae, and that was known for the jam sessions it held regularly. Its Instagram account posted for the last time on 1 July 2023, inviting people to be together “for the last time” at Boogaclub. If you are searching for Boogaclub today, Víbora is what you will find at that door.

We have not found a source showing that Víbora keeps a weekly jam session, so don't go expecting one unless it appears in its agenda.

What's on and what it costs

Víbora works mainly as a concert room. Its autumn 2026 listings, gathered by Conciertos en Granada and Granada Urban, include alternative rock bands, hip-hop artists and early-evening jazz tributes with two sittings, at 6pm and 8pm. Prices depend on the artist: in October 2026 they ranged from €5–10 for a local rock band to €16.95 or €19.47 on other dates and €26 for the jazz tributes. Since it also calls itself a music club, check each date in case there is a DJ session after the show.

Days and opening times

Google Business listings show it open Thursday to Sunday. Treat that as a guide, not a rule: its agenda is the reliable reference, so check each date. Concerts in its 2026 listings start between 6pm and 10pm.

Getting there

Calle Santa Bárbara is in central Granada, in the Triunfo area, so you can walk from most of the centre. It fits easily into a night with other live music rooms in town, such as Planta Baja or RocknRolla. Our venue page has the map and how to book for a group.
