Enjoy Edelweiss Après Ski
Edelweiss Après Ski is an après-ski bar and concert room in the Edificio Dornajo, on Plaza de Andalucía in Pradollano, the Sierra Nevada ski village (Monachil). It bills itself as the "highest concert hall in Spain" and runs DJs and live music once the slopes close, with a terrace that Salir.com recommends for the afternoon sun. Estiber's après-ski guide (February 2026) calls it a classic for the first drink with views. It's seasonal: it closed the 2025/26 season on 26 April 2026, and the 2026/27 ski season is expected to open on 6 December 2026.

How to Get to Edelweiss Après Ski
Edelweiss is in the Edificio Dornajo, on Plaza de Andalucía, in Pradollano (Sierra Nevada). Being an après-ski spot, most people arrive straight from the slopes.

Après-ski with live music
Edelweiss is one of the classic stops when the lifts close at Sierra Nevada. It sits in the Edificio Dornajo on Plaza de Andalucía, in the middle of Pradollano, and calls itself the "highest concert hall in Spain", a nod to the altitude of the resort. Salir.com's January 2026 guide to Sierra Nevada après-ski describes a real party with DJs and concerts, excellent live music and a terrace that's perfect for the afternoon sun. Estiber's February 2026 guide calls it a sure-fire classic for the first drink with views, and includes it in a three-stop après-ski route with Shaka and La Jaima. It's the kind of place where you arrive in ski boots and leave when it's time for dinner.
Season and groups
Edelweiss works only in the ski season. Its Instagram shows the 2025/26 season ending on 26 April 2026, and the resort's 2026/27 season is expected to open on 6 December 2026, according to ABC (19 October 2026). Après-ski in Pradollano typically runs through the afternoon, and Estiber places the tardeo between 14:00 and 21:00, starting from Plaza de Pradollano. Edelweiss doesn't publish table prices, entry or capacity, and we won't invent them. Getting there and the rest of the night
Edelweiss is in the Edificio Dornajo, on Plaza de Andalucía, in Pradollano, the village at the Sierra Nevada ski resort in the municipality of Monachil. Most people arrive straight from the slopes in the afternoon. After the après-ski, the night moves to clubs like Sohmo, Discoteca Mango and La Chimenea, all within walking distance in the village. If you've come up from Granada for the day, remember that the road down is long and that driving after drinking is not an option: Estiber notes the Parador chairlift stops at 17:30 and the local microbus runs until a little after midnight. Bring ID and sunglasses for the terrace. If you're staying in the village, dinner and the clubs are all within walking distance afterwards, so there's no need for the car.
