Granada Party Calendar 2026-2027: The Big Nights Month by Month

Granada's big party dates for 2026-27 are Halloween (23 October to 1 November 2026), the techno autumn at Industrial Copera (November and December), the Sierra Nevada ski season (scheduled from 6 December), New Year's Eve, the second-semester Erasmus wave (15 February 2027), Easter (21 to 28 March 2027) and the Corpus fair (22 to 30 May 2027). Below, month by month, with the status and source of each date.

The rule of this page: a date only goes in as confirmed when it's been announced. Where it hasn't, it says pending, and where we know last year's date, we give it as a reference. We review the calendar every three months, and each big date has its own guide.

The calendar at a glance

Autumn: back to uni, Halloween and the techno season

The year starts in September. In 2026 the UGR welcomed its international students on 8 and 9 September, Granada 10 held The Biggest Erasmus & SICUE Welcome Party on the 9th, and classes began on the 14th. Venues reopen after the summer: Aliatar on 25 September and the Tardeo Granada afternoons at Vogues on the 26th. October brings Medicine's San Lucas (16 October 2026, at Complejo Embrujo), Mae West's anniversary on the 23rd and then Halloween, which in Granada runs from 23 October to 1 November with 18 parties listed, from the Erasmus Halloween at Granada 10 on the 27th to DOMO at Complejo Embrujo on the 31st. November is gig and techno month: Arde Bogotá (5 November), Tribology with Ben Sims and DVS1 (7), Héctor Oaks (13), Universo Makina (20) and Vortex FSTVL curated by Oscar Mulero (21) at Industrial Copera, and Melón Diesel, Temples and Los Rebeldes at Aliatar.

Winter: snow, Christmas and New Year's Eve

December opens two fronts. Up the mountain, Sierra Nevada's 2026-27 season is scheduled to open on 6 December, and with it the Pradollano après-ski and clubs. In the city, Industrial Copera has Fatima Hajji (4 December) and Vortex XXL with Ben Klock (11 December). The UGR Christmas holidays run from 23 December 2026 to 7 January 2027, and New Year's Eve falls on a Thursday: Mae West already sells tickets from €25 and tables from €150, and the city council's party in Plaza del Carmen is the free option. Complejo Embrujo has also announced a Zambomba, still without a date. January is exam month (11 to 25 January 2027), when weeknights get quieter.

February and March: new Erasmus, carnival and Easter

The second semester starts on 15 February 2027 and brings a second wave of Erasmus students, with a new round of welcome parties. Erasmus Dreamland organises a Granada carnival trip, with dates still to be announced. Holy Week runs from Palm Sunday 21 March to Easter Sunday 28 March 2027 (the UGR break is 22 to 29 March). Andalusian rules allow councils to extend closing times during Easter, so check each club's hours that week.

Spring and the end of the year: ski closing and Corpus

In April the season starts to wind down. In 2026 the Sierra Nevada venues closed at the end of April and Tardeo Granada said goodbye on 25 April; MoonBack held its last party on 22 May before closing for good. The Fiesta de la Primavera and the Día de la Cruz have no 2027 dates announced yet; we'll add them when they appear. The big date of the end of the year is the Corpus fair, from 22 to 30 May 2027: the fairground lights go on on Saturday 22, Corpus Thursday on 27 May is a local holiday, and for that week the night moves to the fairground.

The weekly rhythm, all year

Around the big dates, Granada's week has its own fixed pattern during term. Tuesday is the Erasmus night at Granada 10, Wednesday brings Ladies Night at Mae West and Taböa opens, Thursday is the big university night, and Friday and Saturday mix everyone. Saturday afternoons have tardeo (Sentido Tarde at Mae West, Plantarde at Planta Baja, Tardeo Granada at Vogues on set dates) and Sunday afternoons Aliatar. Industrial Copera and Complejo Embrujo work by event, so their dates are the ones in the table above.

Summer: outdoors and outside the city

With the students gone, the centre quietens down and the summer venues reopen just as the city clubs announce their September comebacks. As a reference, in 2026 Babilonia opened its season with Babilonia Granada Opening on 11 July at Complejo Embrujo, and Industrial Copera uses its outdoor garden. The 2027 summer dates are still pending.
