Erasmus Nightlife in Granada: Party Nights, Clubs and Student Tips
· Updated:
In Granada, Spain, the Erasmus night is Tuesday at Granada 10, the club in an old cinema next to the cathedral (€8 with a drink and a free guest list until 1:30 in October 2026), and Thursday is the big student night across town, at Granada 10, 365 Music Club and Taböa. Student guides add Wednesday. Before the clubs, everybody does free tapas and the bars of Pedro Antonio de Alarcón.
Granada is one of the easiest cities in Spain to go out in as an international student. The University of Granada has more than 54,000 students and presents itself as the top Erasmus destination, the city is small enough to walk, and drinks come with a free tapa. Here's how the week works, what it costs and which dates matter in 2026-27.
The Erasmus week, night by night
| Night | Where | What | From (Oct 2026) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tuesday | Granada 10 (centre) | Erasmus night, casual dress | €8 with a drink; free list until 1:30 |
| Wednesday | Mae West (Ladies Night), Taböa | Usual Erasmus night per student guides | Taböa €10 with a drink |
| Thursday | Granada 10, 365 Music Club, Taböa, UNY Club, Vogues | University night | 365 €8 with a drink |
| Friday and Saturday | Every club | Big nights, mixed crowd | Vogues free before 3:00 |
The clubs Erasmus students actually go to
Granada 10 is the Erasmus club. Its Tuesday night is aimed at international students, it hosted The Biggest Erasmus & SICUE Welcome Party on 9 September 2026, and it does themed specials like the Erasmus Halloween on 27 October. On Tuesdays the dress code is casual; on Thursdays and Fridays it asks for something smarter. Tables on a Tuesday start at €100 if you're a group.

On Thursdays you'll find Spanish and international students together at 365 Music Club and Taböa, both reggaeton-heavy and packed with faculty parties; Taböa doesn't let in sportswear, flip-flops or trainers. Mae West, the biggest club in Granada, has something on every night of the week, with Ladies Night on Wednesdays. If reggaeton isn't your thing, Vogues on Calle Duquesa has indie in one room and techno in the other, and Industrial Copera in La Zubia is where the big techno names play. Bring your passport or ID card: Copera's club sessions are strictly 18+ with named tickets.

One warning: many guides and old forum threads still tell you to go to El Camborio on Thursdays, the cave club in Sacromonte. It no longer runs as a club; today it only hosts weddings and events.
What a night out costs
In October 2026, an advance ticket with a drink cost €8 at Granada 10 on Tuesdays and at 365 Music Club, and €10 at Taböa and at Granada 10 on Fridays. Vogues was free before 3:00 and €10 with a drink after that. Student Experience's guide (March 2026) puts club entry at €8 to €15, usually with a drink, and extra drinks inside at €6 to €16, which means a night can start from about €17. Arriving early and getting on the guest list is the easiest way to save.
Free tapas and Pedro Antonio before the club
Granada is one of the few Spanish cities where a tapa still comes free with every drink, as the city's tourism board explains. That's dinner sorted for a lot of students. After that, the warm-up happens on Calle Pedro Antonio de Alarcón, the student street, and nearby Calle Sócrates: cheap pubs where you meet people before heading to the clubs. Clubs open around 11pm and fill up between 2 and 3am, so there's no rush.
ESN Granada and other Erasmus organisers
ESN Granada, the local Erasmus Student Network section, is the first account to follow when you arrive. In 2026 it ran Welcome Days through September, an Integration Weekend in Alomartes on 25 September and a trip to the Alpujarra on 17 October, and its office is in the civil engineering school (ETSICCP). Other organisers also work in Granada: Erasmus Touch runs events a few times a month, and Erasmus Dreamland organises a Granada carnival trip. Facebook groups for each academic year are where last-minute parties get posted.

- At Mae West, Radiokable's student guide says the door looks at your clothes and advises against white trainers.

- Carry your original passport or national ID card. A photo on your phone is not the same thing.
Getting home
Most clubs close between 6 and 7am. If you live in the centre, Realejo or around Pedro Antonio, you can walk home from Granada 10, Taböa or Vogues. From the Neptuno area (Mae West, 365, UNY Club), and above all from Industrial Copera in La Zubia, share a taxi and agree on it before you go in.
